Design and delivery of a ServiceNow rollout across the entire HR domain: creation, configuration and extension of services, including development and test management.
Connected the user-management database and implemented the processes in HRSD and ITSM. Requirements gathering, deployment and development management.
Automated internal employee orders by managing and extending flows within ITSM.
Built a service catalog as an interface for ordering and approving hardware modules, available to managers and requesters.
