Integration of the HR software into ServiceNow, including the creation and customization of the HR Agent Workspace and Case Management.
End-to-end HR rollout on ServiceNow: building out the HR service portfolio, configuring the Agent Workspace and extending existing services, with hands-on development and structured test management throughout delivery.
Integration of the HR software into ServiceNow, with creation and customization across the HR context — for example in the Employee Center and the HR Agent Workspace.

Maintained and extended the ServiceNow Mobile and Now Agent apps so technicians can manage their on-site tasks from a mobile device.
Set up the out-of-the-box NowMobile app including the standard catalog, plus a workshop presenting the standard functionality.
